The Paths you have available are based on your Ways, and City Lords are extremely encouraged to take the Lord Path. Unless you got something with a higher Rarity? No, good, choose that one. It’s probably best for you anyway. The benefits are most likely ridiculous. The book doesn’t detail them.”

“Okay,” David said. “I was leaning towards it anyway.” He mentally selected “Yes” on the Path of the Lord and felt a wave of static flow through him.

Congratulations! You have stood tall in front of your people! You are the first to reach Level 5 and select your first Path! You are the first to achieve an Uncommon or higher Path! You are the first to achieve a Rare or higher Path! You are the first to achieve an Epic or higher Path! Path rewards massively increased!

Path of the Lord: Increase Mana and Energy regeneration by 3x! When inside your City’s boundaries, increase Hit Point, Mana, and Energy regeneration by 5x! Leveling all Skills increased by a moderate amount! All benefits doubled when within one hundred meters of your City Crystal.
